Join us Thursday April, 23rd from 4p – 6p for the launch of of new Happy Hour program featuring Lox prepared by Cold Smoke Bagels and Hops sponsored by Goodwood Brewery.

Happy Hour includes a hands-on culinary workshop led by Cold Smoke Bagels introducing participants to the technique, culture, and ritual of cold-curing salmon (Gravlox), followed by guided slicing, plating, and communal eating + drinking.

 Our upcoming launch features a special “Hops & Lox” edition pairing gravlox with seasonal IPA selections from Goodwood Brewery, creating a structured flavor dialogue between salt, fat, smoke, and hops.

Tickets are $20 and include a complementary starter IPA from our partners at Goodwood Brewery.
