An intimate tasting experience featuring seasonal, hand-crafted chocolate truffles by Erika Chavez-Graziano (formerly of Cellar Door Chocolates), thoughtfully paired with curated spirits selected by Tony Creed, Mashup Beverage Director. Each month explores new flavor profiles, techniques, and pairings—inviting guests to slow down, taste deliberately, and learn through indulgence.
