This intimate, ticketed tasting series ($35) —led in partnership with chocolatier Erika Chavez-Graziano of Wiltshire Pantry—invites guests to explore the chemistry, sourcing, and sensory nuance behind artisan truffles and specialty pours. Each session features a guided chocolate flight with three unique truffles paired with complementary one ounce pours of quality spirits, commentary from a spirits educator, and a warm communal setup at the MashUp Bar.
